Baseus makes chargers, power banks, cables, hubs and audio gear, and sells direct from Shenzhen. Competes head-on with UGREEN and Anker on the same catalogue.

The two-warehouse split

The shipping policy says orders dispatch from the warehouse near you, then gives two rows:

From the US: one to two business days processing, three to eight days shipping. From Hong Kong: one to two business days processing, ten to twenty days shipping.

That is a threefold difference, and it is decided by stock availability. You do not choose it.

The footnote does more work than it looks: the terms apply only to items bought directly on baseus.com. Marketplace purchases are a different contract entirely.

Free shipping over $20, $6.9 under. PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and military addresses excluded.

What that means in practice

You cannot see which row applies until the order ships. An accessory that arrives in five days and one that arrives in three weeks are different purchases, and for a cable or a charger you need before a trip, that uncertainty is the thing to plan around.

The $20 threshold is low and useful. A single cable at $10 clears it in a bundle, which compares well against stores that set the line at $75 or $99.

The hardware is fine. Baseus is a real manufacturer with a broad catalogue, and the policy here is honest about the trade-off. It is the timing that varies.

How it compares

Anker, the other accessory brand here, ships from the US in three to seven days and excludes twelve territories outright. Baseus keeps a Hong Kong route that takes ten to twenty. For a charging cable the difference is not worth thinking about; for anything you need before a specific date, it is the whole decision.

The $20 free-shipping threshold is the other contrast. Anker does not publish one on its shipping FAQ, while Baseus sets the line low enough that a single cable plus an adapter clears it.

Who it is for

Buyers paying attention to value who can absorb a three-week wait. Not for anyone who needs the item inside two weeks, not for PO boxes or military addresses, and not for marketplace purchases — those are not covered by these terms.
