Anker is the biggest Chinese consumer-electronics brand selling direct in the US — chargers, power banks, cables, docks, and the SOLIX power stations, alongside soundcore, eufy and eufyMake. It is the benchmark the accessory stores on this site should be measured against.

Shipping

The US site ships within the contiguous United States only, and the FAQ lists twelve excluded areas in full: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and Armed Forces Americas, Europe and Pacific.

Delivery is 3–7 business days. The page is also honest about fulfilment: orders ship either from Anker's warehousing partner or from Amazon. Some of what you order from Anker is physically Amazon's operation, which is why the delivery feels domestic rather than cross-border.

Returns

Handled through a self-service portal on service.anker.com, not an email thread. The Shipping FAQ does not state the return window itself.

For a low-value accessory, self-service matters. The effort of returning something is often worth more than the item, and a portal gets the friction down to a few clicks.

What this tells you

The twelve-item exclusion list is a signal, not an obstacle. Every store excludes Alaska, Hawaii and the territories; almost none say so this clearly. A company that publishes the full list does not want to argue about it later, and that usually means the rest of the process is run properly too.

Amazon fulfilment is why the 3–7 day estimate holds. For a cable or a power bank, that puts Anker in the same delivery class as a domestic retailer instead of the multi-week window most stores here quote.

The honest advice on accessories: the premium over an unbranded cable buys you a documented process, not necessarily better wire.

How it compares

Baseus, the closest competitor here, quotes a US warehouse at 3–8 days and a Hong Kong route at 10–20, and you cannot choose which one you get. Anker's 3–7 day window has no second row — the variance is gone.

On returns, Anker runs a portal and Baseus points to a shipping-and-return policy page. Neither publishes the window on its shipping page, which is the one thing to look up before you order either.

Who it is for

US buyers outside the twelve excluded areas who want the low-risk option on accessories. Not for anyone in the exclusions, and not for buyers outside the US — this is the US site, and regional ones exist separately. Check the returns portal for the window before you rely on it.
