Naturehike makes tents, sleeping bags, camp furniture and cooking gear, and sells direct internationally. One of the Chinese outdoor brands that moved past marketplace resale into its own storefront.
Returns
Seven days from receipt. That is the whole window.
The item has to be new and unused, with tags, packaging and accessories, plus proof of purchase. Cancellation is allowed before shipment; after dispatch you cannot cancel.
There is also a separate notice for international orders buried in the policy. Read it if it applies to you, because the terms you are looking at may not be the ones that will govern your order.
The problem with seven days
Tents are the product you cannot evaluate without setting up. And setting one up in a garden arguably stops it being "new and unused" under this policy. So the realistic assumption on a tent is that the purchase is final once you have pitched it.
That is not unusual in outdoor gear. It is worth pricing in. If you are buying a first tent sight-unseen from any direct-from-China brand, assume you are keeping it.
The confirmation and tracking process is competent: email with tracking within thirty minutes, a support address for when it does not arrive.
How it compares
Against Balabala and Chicme — the two apparel stores here with short windows — Naturehike's seven days is the same problem in a harder category. Clothing you can judge in a mirror. A tent you judge by sleeping in it, in weather, at a site you have already driven to.
The stores that handle this well are the ones selling a product where the return window matches the decision. Zinus gives a hundred nights on a mattress because a mattress takes a month to evaluate. Naturehike gives a tent seven days because that is the industry default, not because it fits the product.
Who it is for
Buyers who know what they want — a replacement, a second item in a range they already own, kit they have researched to death. Not for a first tent, not for anyone who needs to inspect gear before committing, and not for international buyers who have not read the separate notice.
