Giantex sells furniture, storage, outdoor and garden goods, office and pet furniture, direct in the US. Broad range, low prices, mass-market rather than design-led.

Shipping

Free standard shipping on everything in the US; charges apply to Canada. United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. Canada excluding the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon. No FPO, APO or PO boxes. UPS, USPS, FedEx or Pioneer.

The strange clause is about tax. Giantex says it withdraws part of its own profit to cover the state sales tax, so you do not pay it separately. Whether that is sustainable is their problem. As a buyer it means the sticker price is closer to the real price than at most furniture stores.

Returns

Thirty days from purchase. Unused, unwashed, undamaged, all packaging and tags intact.

And then this: promotional items, flash-sale items, clearance items, and anything marked final sale are not eligible for partial refunds, exchanges or returns. All sales final.

Read the product page for the marking before you add to cart. The policy does not distinguish between a $40 side table and a $400 sectional — if it was in a sale, it is yours.

The catch in practice

Thirty days is standard for furniture. The condition requirements are stricter than the wording implies once you have assembled something. A flat-pack item you have built is not "unused". If you might send it back, keep the boxes.

The tax commitment plus free shipping is unusual and genuinely worth something — it gets the landed cost close to the displayed cost, which is not true of most stores here.

How it compares

Zinus and SweetNight both sell furniture alongside mattresses, and both put thirty days on the furniture. The difference is what happens to the price before it reaches you. Giantex ships free in the US and absorbs the sales tax; the mattress stores do not advertise either.

Where Giantex is worse is the exclusions. A clearance or flash-sale item has no return right at all. Neither mattress store carves out a comparable category, which makes Giantex the one to buy from deliberately rather than on impulse.

Who it is for

Buyers who want cheap furniture shipped free and are confident about the size. Not for anyone buying from a flash sale who might need to return it, not for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam, and not for anyone who needs to try furniture before committing.
